2019 Holiday Bootcamp – 6-Week Program

It is easy to see that these temptations can wreak havoc on our body week after week. This holiday season I want to challenge you to my 6 week boot camp. Of course, you can still indulge on your holiday favorites, but this program helps to balance that with workouts and fitness tips…leaving you ready for the new year, not trying to catch up!


Here’s the breakdown! Simply follow this link to my training website and purchase the “Holiday Boot Camp.” You will get an email to download my personal training app, and workouts will be delivered straight to your smartphone. The boot camp group receives twice weekly strength workouts that target all over body and once weekly cardio goals. Workouts are 30-45 minutes long, and only 3 weekly to fit into your busy holiday schedule. Remember, attainable goals will earn you the best success! The app also gives you a direct line to me with any questions, concerns or feedback about your body and nutrition regiment. It is $100 to join for the entire 6-weeks, November 11-December 20.
