Myth buster: you can still do hard workouts during pregnancy…Which is why this workout is good for my average client🏋🏼♀️, just as well as my pregnant clients. 🤰🏼
The key is finding the perfect balance that your body desires. Some days you crave a tough workout, and other fatigued or sick days are reserved for an easy day. Our goal is to strengthen you for labor, but also keep baby in growth mode. If you are sore for days after a good workout, your body gets sidetracked in trying to recover its muscles instead of growing baby. But testing your limit is essential for your mental health and physical strength throughout pregnancy. I guarantee you will be amazed at what your body is capable of in this stage of life.
