After doing the same 5 minute Abdominal Workout with optimal results (that I featured here), I figured there has to be a sequel! The reason I loved the original workout was because it targeted all areas of the abdominals (upper, lower and obliques), it included 10 simple exercises and it could be done in 5 minutes. I kept true to those standards when I created this intense follow up, although this upgraded version probably takes about 7 minutes. Try it out daily to strengthen your core (video below)!
Perform 10 of each exercise for a seven minute abdominal workout that will have you breaking a sweat and sore at the finish. Do daily (when you wake up, during your favorite tv show or right before bed) for best results!
